Accessing ABA services can be confusing, but we try to make it as simple as possible. Here are the steps we need from you to begin the process.
- Get an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnosis from a Licensed Psychologist, Pediatric Neurologist, or Pediatrician. (If you suspect your child has autism but haven’t seen a provider yet, read about ADOS-2)

- Call 833-225-9393 for a phone consultation.
- Tour one of our clinic locations.
After we receive this information, we will contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and verify benefits. We will also get insurance authorization to conduct an assessment.
Our assessment is different from your child’s testing for an ASD diagnosis. Ours is a milestone assessment to determine the best services for your child.
Once all the evaluations are complete, your BCBA will create a personalized treatment plan for your child and begin services!
