Nicole Mobley, MS, BCBA, LBA, is a passionate and dedicated Clinic Supervisor with over 13 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. Nicole’s top priorities when working with clients are building communication skills and independence. She starts with foundational skills like pointing to pictures and moves up to using PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) to teach nonverbal children how to communicate their wants and needs. Her goal is to implement communication systems early on so children have a way to express themselves other than problematic behaviors.
Nicole has a passion for both her clients and the science of behavior analysis. She sees her work not just as a job but as a way to create meaningful change in her clients’ lives. Nicole celebrates the small wins with families and gets them actively involved in their child’s therapy. Her enthusiasm and warmth build strong rapport, but she balances fun with structure in her direct therapy style. Overall, Nicole stands out through her wealth of experience, unwavering dedication, and ability to inspire those around her.

ABA Connect teaches five foundational skill sets crucial for your child’s development. These skills are taught through our specialized programs listed below. During the intake process, your child’s BCBA will help identify the right program fit for your child and family. We also offer services in three different ways: clinic-based, home-based, and parent training. Depending on your location, we will determine the overall optimized programming to help your child make progress while having fun!

For children aged 4 to 6, structured learning, self-advocacy tools, and social interactions in a clinic setting help ensure a well-rounded foundation for academic and social success.

Enhance social skills and peer interactions for children aged 7 to 12 through our after-school program, fostering conversation, emotional regulation, and friendship building in a clinic-based group setting.
One of our young nonverbal clients had intense tantrums due to an inability to express their wants and needs. After implementing a Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), the child learned to utilize cards to initiate requests in daily activities, gaining access to desired items or actions. This new communication skill reduced challenging behaviors significantly while building independence.
Seeing her child’s incredible progress gave the mother hope and made her a strong advocate for early ABA intervention. Soon, the child’s grandmother also began attending therapy sessions. This holistic transformation demonstrated how low-tech communication strategies grounded in ABA principles can profoundly impact the lives of families facing communication challenges.
