ABA Connect is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team of clients and therapists, serving clients in Southwest Austin, Texas.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and current certification as
A minimum of 2 years experience working with clients on the autism spectrum ages 1-12
Preferred experience delivering services to clients in the home setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Evidence of leadership abilities and overall professionalism.
Conduct assessments for new and current clients.
Develop and monitor programs of clients.
Explain and provide teaching in the concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Provide training to therapists to ensure treatment integrity.
Provide supervision to graduate level therapists seeking certification.
Provide family and/or staff training on an as needed basis.
Summarize data and report progress to families and therapists in monthly team meetings.
Other requirements include:
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
